The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) invalidated the examination results in two subjects of the Civil Engineer Licensure Examinations conducted on November 17 and 18 due irregularities.
In PRC’s official announcement dated November 26, the commission voided the exam results of the Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering and Structural Engineering and Construction portions given by the Board of Civil Engineering.
“After evaluation of the examination result in the subject Hyrdaulics and Geotechnical Engineering, PRC finds the same to be “statistically improbable” considering the unusually high grade/rating obtained by examinees,” the PRC announcement said.
