Top Ten (10) Master Mariner Board Exam Passers (Written Phase) for July 2008

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,126 out of 4,204 examinees passed the written phase of the Marine Deck Officers Licensure Examination for the various ranks given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila on July 12 and 13, 2008. One (1) examinee in the July 2002 Practical Phase now completed the written and practical examinations. And a total of 577 examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).
The results were released after four (4) working days from the last day of examinations.
Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards for those who are exempted in the practical assessment will start on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 until August 8, 2008.
Successful examinees who passed and opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT) will take their oath before the Board on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
Registration for membership with the Masters and Mates Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MMAP) will start on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 .

hello all..
there is a computerized licensure examination for marine Deck and Engine Officers scheduled on March 3&4 at PRC Davao regional office.
all you have to do is apply online at their PRC web page (www.prc.gov.ph)
create a login name -> Login -> Apply for an examination (Deck or Engine officer) -> Upload the necessary requirement (each and every requirements should be scanned to JPG image) -> await to be processed then you will receive an email -> go to DAVAO regional Office then pay and other -> take the exam on the scheduled date
