The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,442 out of 6,663 passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and
Legazpi this October 2008.

Yes!after Elmer Tattao from Cagayan State University, the topnotcher of the september 2008 electrical engineer licensure exam,another school from Tuguegarao City made it again! guys, there’s no point of argument whether the topnotcher came from any of the campuses of Saint Louis. The thing here is that our beloved Alma Mater once proved that it can produce topnotchers in any field. But of course, let’s acknowledge once and for all, University of Saint Louis – TUGUEGARAO for this meritorious effort attained by one of its students in the name of RITCHIE JACKSON TAGUINOD PADILLA. This priceless achievement by this promising guy proves that provincial grads can still be in the highest pedestal. Besides when anyone will ask if what school does the TOP 1 came from, Saint Louis is a very broad answer. They will always consider that it came from SLU – Baguio, but its not. Let’s admit the fact that this time we must consider the specific name of the school for it to be known by the whole. UNIVERSITY OF SAINT LOUIS – TUGUEGARAO formerly SAINT LOUIS COLLEGE OF TUGUEGARAO is the answer to that question. So let’s not be greedy. ok?

There was this guy see.

Guys!! It really doesnt matter whether you will top the board or not. What matter mosts is that keep your feet on the ground and follow what our code of ethics tells us. Remember that being a topnotcher doesnt really mean that you will succeed, it will still lie on our hands on how we will use this.

Guys! di applicable dito ang rules of generalization. Hindi porke galing ka sa ganitong skul magaling ka na……….. mas kilala mo ang sarili mo. Dapat ay galingan nyo na lang hindi yung putak kayo ng putak diyan. Baka pag dating niyo sa Examination room pag board exam niyo na wala na kayong maisulat. Mas maganda mag aral na lang kayong mabuti..yun ang d best….
